Refund and Returns Policy

At Vasthukam.com , our goal is to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with the products they order from our website. We are dedicated to providing a hassle-free and customer-friendly return policy. We welcome returns and replacements under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Product:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, or if it does not match the item you selected (Unboxing Video Required).

2. Manufacturing Defect:

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect (Video Required).

3. Damaged Condition:

If the product arrives in a damaged condition (Unboxing Video Required).

Return Process:

A) Cancellation:

We value your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, please email us at reach@vastumart.com, and we will assist you promptly.

B) Breakages:

In the event of breakage or any damage during transit, please send an unboxing video of the product to reach@vastumart.com within 12 hours of delivery. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

C) Wrong Product Received:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. You can return the product unused and in its original packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

For returns not falling under the above categories, we will refund the product amount after deducting the shipping cost:

Domestic Shipping (India):

0-500 gm – Rs. 75/-

500-999 gm – Rs. 150/-

1Kg-2KG – Rs. 250/-

2kg above – Rs 250 + Rs 125 per Additional KG

International Shipping:

Only product cost will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the refund is initiated as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank partner. Please note that the refund process starts after successful return pick up and a satisfactory quality check of the returned item. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary based on the courier partner’s delivery time to our warehouse.

In case of any refund discrepancies, the company reserves the right to request a screenshot of your bank statement at reach@vastumart.com.
